Pete was one of life’s givers, I’ve known him a Pip for over 30 years and in that time he was always keen to help and give words of wisdom, we shared an interest in travel and cycling and many a conversation finished with Pete getting a book or a map out. I often left their house with a piece of paper that he’d scribbled on a great place to stay or a route he’d ridden and would recommend. I will miss him.
